About Amit Dhull – Founder of Leadology
Amit I am a coach, teacher, and lifelong student of the mind. My work supports individuals who want to live with greater clarity, emotional steadiness, and purpose-led action, especially when life carries responsibility, complexity, or change.
Leadology was created from a simple belief. Personal growth does not need to be complicated or performative. It needs to be grounded, practical, and rooted in real life. My approach is calm and reflective, helping people create room for clarity and move forward in ways that feel aligned rather than forced.
A Journey Shaped by Sport, Work, and Inner Inquiry
My early years were shaped by sport. As a young cricketer, I trained alongside players such as Virender Sehwag. Those years taught me discipline, focus, and resilience, and revealed something deeper along the way. Performance without inner clarity is fragile.
Although I did not pursue professional sport, the questions that period raised stayed with me. I became curious about what allows people to remain steady under pressure, make clear decisions, and recover when things do not go to plan.
Understanding the Mind in Real Life
That curiosity led me to study psychology and later to train as a certified mindset coach, as well as a meditation and breath teacher with the Art of Living. Over time, I explored how psychology, mindfulness, and breath based practices could be integrated in ways that were practical and accessible, rather than abstract or idealistic.
Rather than creating techniques to layer on top of life, I became interested in helping people understand what is already shaping their thoughts, emotions, and actions.
This work forms the foundation of Leadology.
From Professional Life to Coaching
Alongside my coaching work, I have spent many years working in technical and professional environments shaped by constant change, pressure, responsibility, and high expectations.
Working in these settings gave me a close view of how intelligent, capable people often struggle quietly when clarity is lost, emotions are left unprocessed, and there is little space to pause or reflect. Many were leading teams, making decisions that affected others, and carrying far more than they realised.
Leadology grew from this lived understanding. It exists to support people who want to stay grounded internally while continuing to engage fully with their work, relationships, and responsibilities, without needing to step away from real life to do so.
Why I Do This Work
I am committed to helping people reconnect with themselves and live in ways that feel clear, meaningful, and steady. My coaching is not about fixing or optimising. It is about understanding what is present, strengthening inner awareness, and supporting purpose-led action that fits real life.
As I often say: “When we feel clearer and more connected inside, every part of life begins to shift.”
Working Together
I work primarily through one to one coaching, supporting individuals who value depth, honesty, and thoughtful change. The work adapts to your life, your pace, and the responsibilities you are carrying.
If you are considering working together, the first step is a Strategy Session. This is a focused conversation to explore what is present for you, what feels unclear, and what you want to move towards.
In the Media
Amit has appeared on Radio New Zealand speaking with Sri Rajasekar about coaching, personal growth, and his commitment to supporting children in India through charitable education initiatives.
This conversation reflects a long-standing belief that awareness, education, and compassion can create meaningful change over time.
(Presence was the former name of Amit’s coaching work.)
