Recharge Your Mind and Body

Take two intentional hours to pause, breathe, and deeply replenish your inner energy.

This guided workshop is designed to help you step out of constant doing and reconnect with a calmer, clearer state of mind. Through practical breathwork and gentle awareness practices, you will support your nervous system, reduce stress, and restore balance across mind and body.

Suitable for all levels, this session creates space to slow down, reset, and feel grounded in a way that carries well beyond the workshop.

In this 2 hour experience, you will learn how to:

  • Sharpen focus and improve mental clarity

  • Calm the nervous system and support deeper, more restful sleep

  • Release emotional and mental fatigue built up over time

  • Feel more present and connected with whānau, friends, and colleagues

  • Restore energy more effectively than a short break or coffee

  • Develop simple tools you can use anytime life feels demanding

No prior experience is needed. Just bring yourself and an openness to breathe and pause.
